Description

Everbuild Tecnic Fire Sealant 300 is an intumescent acrylic sealant that swells when temperatures exceed 150°C to prevent the spread of smoke and fire for up to 5 hours. Designed for use to seal joints, voids and irregular holes in fire walls, for maintaining integrity of pipes and cables that penetrate fire walls and also for internal perimeter pointing of fire rated door and window frames. The product swells greater than 3x its original size and it is suitable for joints up to 50mm wide. Fire Mate is fast curing and tack free in 15 minutes. Fire Mate also provides average noise reduction of 29db. Fire Sealant 300 is also halogen free.
